Do these cars have PS fluid or is the steering electrical?

thanks where is the reservoir as I can't see it anywhere in the engine bay.

If your car has the 1.2TSI 16V engine code CJZC ,as indicated on your profile, then it is a face-lift Polo, known as a 6C and so has electric rack and so no fluid.

on pre facelift its under the battery tray
