Loud Squeaking noise

I've just unlocked my car and a loud squeak noise has come from the bonnet. does anyone have any ideas as to what this could be? Have tried to look it up but have had no luck, Cheers

Maybe just the Throttle Body carrying out a quick "re-calibrate"?
