It would only be possible if you had the high beams under BCM control, ie
Light Assist / HBA. Which implies a somewhat different wiring configuration and BCM MAX 7E0.
However, with BCM MAX 7
H0 937 090 B it is not possible, because channel 54 is not available in BCM adaptations, ... a BCM MAX 7
E0 is required + 7E0 stalks.

T73b/3 -> Left dipped beam
Your original installation for Drl is not for BCM MAX.
Your current wire configuration for Drl is not correct. It is probably causing fails/faults.

BCM Max, halogen headlights and AUTO light switch, Volkswagen offers you the following DRLs (under BCM control, mandatory).
