Front Left Lights stopped working

Hello everyone! I'm new to the club and to be honest with you I don't own a Polo. I visited my wife's family in Turkey and the car belongs to my mother in law. I've been trying to fix a car issue but unsuccessfully and while googling I found your forum and was hoping to ask for your expertise!
As you can tell from the title all front left lights stopped working (headlight, turn signal etc..). I'm far from a car expert, but I'm an electrical engineer, so I guessed that there must be some fuse or relay where all these go through together and one of them must have died.
I know it might sound stupid, but I spent more than 1 hour online and I can't find the right fuse and relay diagrams.
I tried to put the VIN number on the VW website and it says not valid and if I Google 6R polo, the diagram I get is different that the cars. The fuse table can be found attached. The relays I haven't found them yet.
Is there a chance that you can share with me ideas on possible causes, as well as, some info around the location of the relays and their diagrams (also the fuses)?
