VW Polo 1.2 TSI Cannot Accelerate in D,R,S,Manual

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my volkswagen polo in the gear selector. I cannot accelerate in D,R,S or M and there is no error code given in front of the speedometer. I am very confused can anyone help with my problem thanks, sorry for my bad english and also it smells like burning rubber.

the dash says to put it into P so probably there is a problem, i'm guessing clutch.

im sorry, but that is just the indicator of my car saying that i have to close my door its just some polo things, cause i dont close my door in the video

guys i've found the problem it was the gear selector bushing. It was worn out and it was remove from the hatch attached. the replacement was cheap about $40 - 70 in authorized dealer. So intially the gearbox and the shifter is not connected.
