Rear rattle coming from behind the seat plastic area

Hey guys I have a rattle coming from the rear left side of my 2016 polo gti and it’s really annoying it seems to be coming from the plastic trim piece behind the seat and maybe inside the plastic that sticks to the metal of car have tried some tape to act as a cushion of sorts, seats down tape on where the seat clips in and even seats down still rattled any ideas it’s driving me insane.thank you
