My 2023 polo gti is due its 1st service in September and I’m hoping they don’t turn on the awful speed limiter bs on ?

Re: 2023 polo gti first service
No reason why they should.
As far as I’m aware, there’s no requirement for Intelligence Speed Assistance (ISA) systems to be retrospectively added to vehicles that were registered prior to the implementation date (07/07/2024) of the relevant EU mandate for new cars to be fitted with ISA.
I’m on a number of other VW forums and I’ve not read of anyone who’s had ISA retro-activated - either by a VW dealer or via an OTA software update either.
