VW Polo Match 2014 MFD access issue

Hi all
I have a VW Polo Match 2014 and cannot seem to access the options on the MFD menu. I am able to cycle through the options using the rocker switch on the wiper stalk. I have read that you press and hold the rocker switch on the wiper stalk for 3 seconds, but this does nothing.
I would like to access this menu so that I can add MPH digital display and also have all doors unlock with one press of the keys (instead of driver door only).
Any help would be appreciated.

The rocker switch is the round button underneath the wiper switch ?

Do you press it down with the engine on or off ?

For me it works with engine on.

Same issue here! I can’t access the menu by holding down the up/down button on the indicator stalk (no steering wheel buttons). Or is there no menu for models that don’t have the fuel/temp gauges on the dash?
