Apologies if this topic has been discussed before. I struggled to find a relevant thread regarding the issue on my exact model.
My car is a Polo 6r, 1.2L 3 cylinder engine, and has around 145 000 miles on the clock. Recently I've noticed the engine stuttering when accelerating (only really noticeable in 1st and 2nd gear and when the engine in under more load i.e. going uphill) and was wondering if anybody had any idea on what could be causing this.
There aren't any lights on the dash, the timing chain was changed at c. 100 000 miles, and the spark plugs were changed at c. 80 000 miles. If anyone wants some more information to help, I'm more than happy to provide.
Thanks!
