No problem - you’re very welcome. If I still had my GTI, I’d not be using the VW main dealer to do the DSG service. There are a few independent specialists not too far from me, so I’d researching which one to use 🙂.

I think when a car reaches a certain age, it’s worth considering switching to an independent VW specialist for servicing and repairs. Many of the techs / mechanics at the independent VW specialists are ex VW dealership staff so they’re VW trained, and usually you’ll pay less and get better service than you would at the VW main dealer.

An advisory two year DSG service interval is interesting though…………..🤔
