Stage 3 fuel system problems

Hey this might have already been answered on here but couldn't find anything, i was going to run a IS38 but have heard from numerous people that these have a huge fuel bottleneck i was wondering if anyone has found a way around that to achieve power into the 400hp without a swap and anyone else who has ran an IS38 what power did you reach as the main figure ive seen is around 350whp?
