I have trouble with drivers side rear door unlocking, it's same with key fob or door lock. All doors lock and unlock but rear drivers side does not always lock or unlock, anything obvious to look at?

Most of the time defective microswitch or wire break in the doorbulge

Is that easily got at with door open?

Wire break yes.
Microswitch no, is easier to replace whole doorlock of that door.
