Clicking noise from dashboard with wipers on intermittent

My 2019 polo gti has started making a loud clicking noise from below and behind the dashboard on drivers side of car (right hand drive) when wipers are on intermittent only. Sounds like a loud relay noise. Anyone else had this issue? It’s coming from right at bottom of dash below headlight switch there is a box with all wires

You very much answered your own question it is relay it have clicking noise I would say you never noticed before or maybe yours is faulty. You could try to replace it.

Any idea how to make the relay quieter. It’s part of the bcm I think
