And why do you say it works fine?
I guess we'll have to do something to understand each other.
---
To avoid mistakes:
-High Beam = Push the lever.
-Headlamp flasher or High Beam flash = Pull the lever.

- Your issues would confuse anyone reading this thread (same car, same place, similar autoscans, etc... it would be a real mess).atifzafrak wrote: Sat Dec 21, 2024 10:24 am I'm having the same problem. Is it necessary to open a new topic for this? I didn't want to clutter the forum by opening another topic about the same thing.
- If you hijack our conversation, it is disrespectful to omerkartal who is trying to solve his problems.
- Currently, I do not provide free technical support. Please read this thread, maybe when we finish you will find the solution to your issues.

I completely agree with the two points you mentioned.ciclo wrote: Sat Dec 21, 2024 11:11 am- Currently, I do not provide free technical support. - I will continue to follow the topic or open a new one. I also help people by providing free support and do not mention it. Expressing good deeds does not make them more valuable. If you do this for a fee and still try to help people, you are a true hero. Thank you.
- You are right on this matter, and I got a bit carried away with my enthusiasm. As someone who is experiencing the same issue, I focused directly on explaining my problems and resolving my issue. Doing this without saying hello was a bit abrupt. First of all, hello, I hope you are well and everything is going smoothly in your life.

Personally, at this point, I don't think anyone cares what you think, we are not here to evaluate it, this is a car forum and therefore about technical issues not about thought, what matters are the facts.
IMHO there's nothing wrong with saying how one is doing things, that way there's no room for mistakes, so you can save yourself from saying or defining what is valuable or what is right or wrong.
My ways of doing things have been written in stone for many years throughout the entire PLANET with facts not with sibylline words.
Everyone 'without exception' achieved what they wanted.
As Moderator, I ask you please not to continue dirtying this thread. Thank You.

Let's go back to the most obvious thing you need to check in the electrical installation that you have supposedly made.

As I stated in my BCM Adaptation guide (pg 3), you should have installed that new wire... ? , and you should have isolated the existing wire there.
If the new wire is good, check the four wires you installed for the headlights relay and the relay itself.
I hope you have used appropriate wires, connectors, parts to ensure proper operation of your car.
Everything should work without problems with the first BCM coding that I posted for your BCM Max and if the electrical installation for BCM Max adaptation and Automatic lights was in the same way as I posted on page 3.
Suddenly you are short on words and in this way it is impossible to help. You should have made a summary of everything that works correctly for the knowledge and interpretation of other users regarding possible errors/mistakes.

Hello Fernando.
Button lights and plates do not light up with the last BCM max coding you posted. Everything works with the first BCM Max Longcoding you installed. Except for High Beam constant on.
I uploaded the AutoScan file to GoogleDrive. We will look at the high beam problem at a more appropriate time.

Hello omerkartal.
Exactly what I already mentioned in my previous post. I guess English is not your best language.
As I already mentioned, the second BCM Coding was only and exclusively so that I knew what was wrong with the electrical installation.
I am absolutely sure that if you had bought my wiring, and you had done the electrical installation yourself and not someone else, everything would work perfectly now.
Check that bad electrical installation, or rather, tell whoever did the electrical installation to do it 'EXACTLY' as indicated on page 3 without skipping any steps. Use the right parts.

Yes, my English is not very good. Could you please state the price of the cable installation? At worst, I will buy a cable.

First, and for the second time, could you please answer the question I asked you?
What happens to High Beam (push the lever) if you put the Light Switch (dashboard) in:
1- 0.
2- AUTO.
3- Side/Parking Lights.
4- Low Beam.
This is something you should have done by simple logic for debugging errors on HB lever, ...I guess you don't need any electronics technician friend to do this...

nothing happens in all positions.
1- 0. no response
2- AUTO. no response
3- Side/Parking Lights. no response
4- Low Beam no response

So, if the electrical installation is correct (T73b/52 -IN- and T73a/37 -IN-), the fault is in the operation of the Headlights Relay.
- either because the relay is failing.
- or because of some fault in the wires that reach the relay adapter/holder. +30 -input/output- (3.5), signal from T73a/1 (1), Earth (2). (see diagram page 3)
'While/during' you set the light switch (dashboard) to the Low Beam position you should hear or feel the activation of the relay microswitch (click) due to the excitation of the relay coil.
With the Multimeter, you can check for the absence or presence of voltage on the contact terminals -1.2.3.5- on the back of the relay adapter, easy to find out what is happening.

hello Fernando
Only the main beam does not turn on steadily. My electrical technician friend said that he should wait for the vehicle for 1 week and that he would try all the steps again. We will do this in the coming days.
But in its current state, everything is working smoothly except for the problem I mentioned.
Thank you very much for your help and support.
