2024 Polo GTI grinding/clittering by parking the car

Hello I have new Polo GTI, 11/2024, but there is a problem that by parking the car (slowing down and full wheel turn) car is terribly grinding/clittering.

I went to ask in vw official dealership, but they tried to get rid off me, saying its semi-axis sleeve and its normal by whole vw group, audi too...And they cannot do anything about it.

Which I think its a nonsense, plenty of new vw group cars are not doing it.

Does someone has the same experience please?

Is it possible to fix it, or can it be as official dealership is saying that it is non fixable thing?

I think its a complete nonsense to buy completely new car and have such experience.

That’ll be the front brakes, I find it happens when I swing it over to turn around and reverse park on my good side. The same thing happened on my previous 2019 AW GTi
