1.6 tdi 75 DPF issues

Hi, my first post so please bear with me.

I have a 2010 1.6 tdi 75 that is suffering from rough running between 1000 & 2000 rpm. I suspected DPF but interrogating fault codes came up with P2453 "Particulate filter pressure sensor A circuit range/performance". Searching web suggests this could be the culprit, and as its reasonably cheap I thought I'd change it and see.

However, I can't find any details of where it is located or how easy it is to get to.

Does anyone have any thoughts about whether this might be the source of my issues, and also advice on location and ease of access?
