There is a trick which you can try. There is no guarantee that it will work, but no harm in trying.
Find a MK4 octy VIN where 2Q0 H BSD radars are installed from factory.
Find fuses for cluster and ECU in fuse box and remove them temporarily.
Run ODIS-S with online connection, enter new VIN manually, start diagnosis and go to control modules list, select 3C, right click, select guided functions.. in GF list select " replace control module".. follow the steps and see if it goes through successfully. Removing CP, parametrisation, coding will all happen sequentially if you are lucky!

Update

Yesterday I went to my friend's garage again and we tried to match the radars (removing the component protection)
We tried to do what we could, we tried all the possible processes that the program had, but we couldn't unlock the radars.
I don't know what's wrong, we've been trying for almost an hour.
So it seems that the project will come to an ignominious end.
I don't know if with used radars something better could be done, but I don't have much hope and I don't have the courage to keep removing the bumper.

As I mentioned, you can try it with other non-H radars, such as the 2QD-->2Q0 B that I plan to install in my 6R. Don't be discouraged, the bumper can be removed and put on in 0,5 minutes.

BTW, those new H radars can be thrown away, you don't need to take them to a recycling point, they are manufactured in such a way that they easily degrade on their own in some African country.

I read on another forum that in order to have any chance of success, the radars must have an index of G or older, since only such ones have been installed in this particular car so far.
Ι will search for used radars with index D, E or G. If I find cheap ones, I'll buy them to try it out.
