me7_95040 EEPROM - new key adaptation

Hi, I am trying to adapt some new keys to my 6N2, I am having trouble getting the IMMO SKC and have been trying to use Me7_95040 but keep getting a fail code. Is there anyone who has had some success in doing this SKC retrieve or any recommended software to use. I have VCDS Lite for the adaptation once I can login to the Immobiliser with the correct SKC.
