You’ll probably need to be looking at a set of universal mud flaps as VW don’t make them to fit the R Line or GTI. The standard OEM VW Polo mud flaps won’t fit because of the black sill extensions and the (black) lower section of the rear bumper that are unique to the R Line and GTI.

I personally wouldn’t bother with mud flaps unless you live in a very rural area where the roads are often caked in mud. I owned a 2020 Polo GTI+ for four years - no mud flaps fitted and I found the car didn’t get any dirtier than cars I’d previously owned that did have mud flaps. The sides of the car didn’t seem to be any more susceptible to stone chip damage from stones flicked up by the tyres either compared to my previous cars with mud flaps - from memory I don’t think I had any stone chips along the sides of the car in four years of ownership.

Whether you have mud flaps or not, the rear of the car will get dirty because of the ‘two box’ shape of hatchback cars - forward movement and aerodynamics of the car creates a low pressure area behind the rear end, so road grime gets sucked onto the tailgate, rear screen and rear bumper when the roads are wet, and mud flaps won’t prevent that happening.
