Polo 6C glove box: bumper replacement ?

Hello everybody !

In my chasing against rattle, I bought two new axle for the door of the glove box because I notice some movements.
Also, some people said that both bumper at the top (rubber with spring behind) tend to settle with time.

Making them pretty useless.

There is no procedure of how to remove or how to adjust.
