goto demon tweeks if ur near wrexham in wales, theyve got everythin there and if u get a staff member u get to try em all. if u dont live near their number is 01978 664466 phone em for there excellent catalogue. they have evrythin in it. the prices are well high tho, but it does give u an idea tho.

as far as types u can get if theres a subframe of a make (eg.sparco) for the polo all their seats will fit in as long as there not to wide. cobra and sparco definately do em for the mk4. so any of there seats will bolt in

You can buy Cobra Clubmans (the entry level fixed back race seat) for between £70 and £99 - depending on where you go. These are available in a choice of colours.
