thinking bout getting the R-line steering wheel (off the R32 Golf) does anyone know how easy this is to fit (or does it fit in the first place!) and is there a differance in diameter?

I *think* it would fit, as I've seen a Mk5 with a New Beetle steering wheel, which fitted without incident. Since the Beetle is Mk4 Golf based, I'd infer that the NB steering wheel would fit as well. No garantees though.
The airbag is another matter, as the resistence may be different than the Mk5 is used to, so it may not work at all. Can't really help out more, sorry.
