I'm quite tempted and if I go you can hitch a ride with me if ya want or convoy up there...... doesn't make much sense in terms of survival of this planet.......

bstard child, hitching a ride would be great if you're going :) Much as I'd love to take mine as well, I'm skint at the moment and any oppurtunity to share fuel costs really has to be jumped at

Polopowah, I'm about 30 minutes from stevenage, so that's do-able :)

I'm around here: http://www.multimap.com/map/browse.cgi? ... =10&in.y=8
(You can see stevenage on that map too)

York's here:
http://www.multimap.com/map/browse.cgi? ... x=9&in.y=9

It's about 3 1/2 hours from here.. if like me you're terrified of speed cameras and potter along at 75  Easy enough to do in under 3 if you actually put your foot down a bit.

well this is a piccy of the car about 3 months ago:-

when I was doing "a bit of work on it".

this is the big brake conversion and adjustable strut

I repainted the engine bay, fitted a new slam panel, and did a full suspension and brake rebuild which included making some camber adjustable struts and a big brake conversion using 266mm peugot/citroen disks and throwing the servo away as I prefer cars without them.

I dont have a back bumper as I've been painting it for over a year (and you dont need one anyway), bit there is some smoothing going on and its being half colourcoded. also at the front I want a bumper like a BMW M3, so I'll get round to making one one day. And of course I'm rebuilding the original engine to give me a wee bit more power (at least 100 bhp)
