Yeah I saw that pic a few weeks ago. Looks sweet. Ive gotta try and do that with the one I got off that Â£10 engine.

Obviously that engine went to a good home.

You done owt else with it?

Semi stripped it to make it a bit smaller to fit under the work bench - You can answer honestly here - no comeback (caveat emptor and all that)

but had you stripped the head off when you had it?

Yes. I was going to put that GT head on it I showed you but the combustion spaces were totally different (the GT head is completely flat) So it wouldnt have worked. I only put it back on to make it easier to take the engine out of the car. And I went a bit ott with thy hylomar I think.
