Can I just say a big THANK YOU to all the guys down at Trust who managed to fix my car in less than 2 days compared to my usual dealer (no names mentioned as i'm contacting a solicitor) who had my car for over a month, damaged it and didn't actually fix the problem it when in for but said they had.

They kept me informed, kept me on the road, and fingers crossed the problem is fixed (heater control unit replaced due to faulty temp controller).

Just thought i'd mention it if anyone from the Mids uses a VW dealer as people are so quick to slag companies off but don't take the time to praise them! Trust Trust!

Wolves, Stourbridge and Stafford have dealers.

i'd heard mixed reports about it but at the moment I can't fault it.

They've a Polo GT there as well i'll be test driving on Saturday!

i use trust wolverhampton, never got a complaint against em really! the one in stourbridge though,dont take ur car there if u want it fixed! my mates got a mk4 golf V5,he's had it since november las yr n its bin in there 17times! still not fixed!
