anyway back to subject!

ask the painting garage if they will do the job without VAT, in other words the job is not recorded in their accounts. so u wont get a reciept either, (so there is no proof when the VAT man is around!) as SiDaBa said ealier, if u pay by cash, u will be more than welcome.
