9n 1.4 tdi into 6n

Does anyone have a clue how straightforward this would be compared to using one from a 6n2? Would driveshafts, engine mounts etc be the same?

Any help appreciated

i think the 9n 1.4 TDI is a 3cyl and so is a 6n2 1.4 TDI which shares the same chassis as the 6n.

should b ok, mounts will be avaliable but i duno bout the transmission.

Stick to the 6N2 engine. The 9N uses different mounting points, meaning more work.
