Stone chipped windscreen

Got two v. small stone chips on the windscreen

. Is there any way to deal with this to prevent it getting any worse?

You can get your chips injected with resin so that they don't turn into big cracks. This normally turns them invisible, and is free if you have fully comprehensive insurance cover, with no effect to your excess.
