I don't use photoshack or caddy shack or whatever it is but photobox.co.uk
50mb of capacity and free plus the picture size is nice for the forum (esp for people on dial up)
If this is all too much for you I'll host it for you for a week or two and just give you the [img]...... tag link

its almost 2005 is it not?
or was it 2015 i cant remember..
step 1. make sure your photo is a suitable size for the board. there are plenty of free utilities about to do this with, have a hunt or get a nerdly friend to do it for you. you may be lucky enough to have photoshop, paintshop pro, corel paint, something like that, which is good. dont use MS photo editor or paint.
keep within specs of approx 800x600 pixel resolution, maybe 100kbyte for a big photo. 640x480 and 40-60k more sensible, lower limit of around 400x300 / 20k, for illustrative pics. Upper limit of about 400x150 and 16k for signatures.. (mine is 300x100 and 10k -- not including the surrounding text)
step 2. upload suitably sized and compressed pic to service such as the usually-quite-good http://www.imageshack.us
step 3. copy and paste the address imageshack gives you (including the "IMG" tags) into the post you wish to include it in (or, in your signature line in the board preferences if thats what you wish to do)
step 4. wash, rinse, repeat, take a step back, wipe hands on trouser lap, admire handiwork
