so, i need to ask questions of more knowledgable folk........
do i need to remove the inner wheel arch liner to replace the radio aerial? I never realised til i bought the thing how far down it went besides the "visible" extension (think: iceberg) and now fitting the replacement that's waiting behind the passenger seat is looking to be a bit of a mare
the compression ratio on a 1-litre is about 9.8 bar.... right?
and whats the overall coolant capacity? (just to make sure i've bought roughly the right amount of mix - seeing as the weather might be freezing on/off the next few days i've lost confidence in being able to change it and the 'stat unless there's a warm snap)
cheers
ps frosted morning after the car has been standing all through a snowfall and subsequent very slow melt (refreezing) - supreme starting/keep running troubles (turns over fine, has a bit of trouble catching, runs lumpy and then randomly cuts out at any speed/throttle setting under about 2000rpm until its had a couple minutes to warm)... more likely to be fuel condensation (my dads suggestion) or knackered gasket / rings (my fear) that dont start sealing until it's warmed up and things have expanded ??
