Will a mk4 1.6 or mk3 4+e box fit?

Will wiring be a 'mare in a '95 1.3?

I reckon he is asking if a 1.6 GTi lump will mate up to his 1.3 MKIV gearbox and if he does the swap will the wiring be a PITA

On the head. The donor car in question is minus gearbox but has keys and clocks. Thinking of either my 91 GT or 95 1.3, I have an 8p for the GT and a 1.6 box for the mk4 if they'd be of any use.

Will I just need the ignition key and barrel for the immobiliser or will there be any other probs?
