Can I convert 7 pin adjusting headlights back to 4 pin?

As above, a mate wants to replace a headlight but the only cheap ones we can find are manual, and his MOT is on saturday.

Is it possible to use a manual headlight (4 pin) with the electrically adjusting 7 pin connector, with some pins not being used, or do we need a new 4 pin connector - and is it worth it?

Try GSF car parts, I bought an original Hella light for about Â£65.00
they were the cheapest I could find. Its worth replacing the broken light like for like
