Cleaning th'interior?

Post by Si_GTi »

Hi peeps,

Well now the outside of the car is back looking clean once more (four weeks of grime is not a good look) my attention turns to the interior, which is up for a good spring clean, soon!

Question is, can any of you recommend any good cleaning products for (a) the seats and rear bench, (b) the dashboard. Don't worry about cost, I'm more interested in having a sparkly clean interior ready for when the weather dries up some and the carpets go back in ('orible dirty rubber winter mats in atm).

I've not really tackled interior cleaning before, apart from the obvious hoovering out every month or so, so any advice would be great :)

Cheers

Have to second Mequiars here, excellent stuff. Their carpet cleaner is really good, even on beige mats/carpet.

For vinyl, I use Vinylex, made by the good people of Lexol. Lexol is what I use on my leather seats, it's the nicest stuff I tried. It's highly acclaimed, worth it's price.
