Much better but it didn't ride badly on the 15's with the right tyre pressures  Need to get the pressures right on the 14's now

The bit that surprised me was the reduction in grip (195 - 185's) in the bends - nearly stuck it in a ditch on a road I know very well - might be a tyre make factor in there too - they are michelins on the 14's and I'm not a fan of em anyway and they squeal like b***h in the bends and on roundabouts even a low speeds - I think I'll be changing the tyres

michelines are very good indeed, you just need to buy the right compond, I prefere bridgestones though, but that's an opinion

Might be where the weather is warm - here it's cold and damp all too often and you'll have to trust me on this - they don't make decent compound Michelins in 14 inch - they are all rubbish - sure they last a long time but what good is a tyre that lasts ages if you have to slow down to pedestrian pace for corners and roundabouts - it's a 1.4 8v so it's not exactly gonna set the world on fire performance wise but tyre grip is being easily exceeded by the mediocore performance
