Total newbie here and clueless!! Modifying my MK4, Sheffield

This forum is absolutely Magic! Its very interesting and I read more every day.
As some of you may know I've got an MK4 that I absolutely adore, but I would like a few modifications done on it.
First of all, bearing in mind I'm totally clueless, what sort of places do this for you, preferably in Sheffield?
Price? ( I do know it depends on what you want doing but roughly)
Basically this is what I want my polo to look like:

With see thru ( whatever you call them) back lights like on that superb golf:

Any other advice? I've always loved VW's ever since I was a kid. I'm so glad I've got mine

You need to speak to JBS in Chesterfield.

the picture of the mk4 u have there, is johnmk4 from the forum.I know he is selling parts off it so pm him and see, although i think most of the parts are sold.

mod'd 16v bumper i think
momo alloys
debadged grill
colour coded handles
seat ibiza splitter
ibiza side skirts

thats a bit of a list that is done to johns, so u need these bits to get t*t like his was
