there is limters on both carb'd and ecu'd cars.
CARB'd it controled by the stopper which stops the throttle been opened too far
ECU'd the chip makes the car loose power for the spark as a limiter, so loss in power meaning limit.
but if you take the stopper off or change the chip you will gain more.
does that sort everything?
