Five years ago today...

...I put down a deposit on this:

A certain Polo GT Coupe, 107k miles on the clock, covered in tree sap and full of dog hair but otherwise in vgc. £2000!

Which means as of tomorrow I've owned my car for 5 years!

5 years!

Time flies!

Kind of hard to believe it's the same car!

congrats mate! hope i can say the same thing in 5 years with my G40! next month i have had the blue one for two years! i would like to say that i have improved the car! if only i could find those pictures! 8)

I lost a load of mine when my hard drive died 3 years ago, including a pile of Photoshopped images based on those first pics. I put clear indicators on it, half tinted lights, 5 spoke alloys, lowered it a bit.

Yeah basically I've followed the plans pretty well. :lol:

It has changed, but very subtley (sp?). Hope I can stick with the CL for a similar amoutn of time. still got loads to do...

Yeah 15x6.5" wheels, they look smaller tho!

Does look newer these days.
