6N2 owners in or near Warrington cheshire

We are looking into cruise control and fitting it to the 6n2 that would be a funky upgrade, but the guys at awesome GTi need to have a look at a 6n2 to see if it will work. We are sure that it can be. But its a long way for me to trek just to find out, I would only want to make the trek with the parts ready to fit.

Anyone able to pop in and give em a look?

ill go seems as i got everybody thinking! it's about 30min away. ill give them a bell later and see about poping down on friday. they said it would work on any drive by wire car!

Yeah, it all depends on the software in the ECU. The GTi and the others are slightly different, but all drive by wire, but I think many things in the OS are the same.

Yea he said it would be the same! But check first! I need 5 people including me to get it done and the price is £175 + vat. This includes new stalk, loom, and fitting! Not bad really and it looks spot on. Apparently it is the golf MK3 stalk that works but it will work the same as all modern VW's!
