Picking up a twist tomorow
Picking up a twist tomorow
Hope I have done the right thing, after 30 years of advertising they finally got me. Hoping they are reliable, in fact I expect nothing less than perfection. 'Oh, the new one's just been anounced, DOH!'

Hi thanks, nice to be here.
I thought this was the mark 5, http://www.volkswagen.co.uk/new_cars/pr ... st_special
Oh well who cares what number it is, prefer it to the new shape just anounced, all cars are starting to look the same IMHO, I've come over from MG, not because there's anything wrong with them, but geese loiuse I wanted to buy a new car, not the same one again. The NCAP results, solid residuals and hopefully build quality made me choose the Polo, only 1.2 65ps though, so I think a K&N will be 1st on the shopping list.

I knew that.
Picked it up yesterday, took it up motorway to Ikea, felt like a big car, heater was well good, in my old rovers it would be a good 10 mins before any heat came through. Shame the alloy's are so small though. Looks like I'll drop it 30mm for starters, with a K&N replacement panel to see if it makes a difference. Then I'll see whats available for 'tuning'.
