FK or H&R???

Thanks for all previous advice!!!!

I have decided on the Scorpion ex, K&n Induction kit.
Pirelli Pzero 195/40/16 to go with my titan's.

I am still having trouble making a decision over Fk 'Highsports' or some H&R coilovers, what gives the largest drop for the money?? I have read that a lot of people prefer FK's due to oil filled over gas.
Whats a good set of H&R's???

If anyone is using either please let me know what your thoughts are!!
