Fitting Electric windows.......

I've seen lots of electric window kits for the polo 6n on ebay, but i'm just wondering how easy it is to fit.......and do i need to buy new door cards to house the new switches???

Any help would be great.

The switches are usually in the centre console, just below the radio/heat controls. You'd probably need a plug to fill the hole in the door card left by the winder.
