go for 15" with 195/45/15 tyres, they are best for 6n

17's will kill your acceleration if its a small car. But i found they help with high speed cornering and helped the car feel much more planted.
I'd go for 16's as a compromise between style and practicallity

I found going from the 13 steels to the 15s with 195/45/15 tyres made it slower not much but a little cant even think how bad it would be with 17s
but at least it sticks to the floor now and not much roll
woohoo

Just looking to get some rims.
Will 185/55R15 tyres be good?
Also the rims I want... they are ET45... would that fit ok with 185s and not stick out too much or rub against the inside?

the ideal size is 195/45/15 as it keeps your speedo right (as the rolling radius of 195/45/15 is very near to the factory wheels)
its worth the extra money, as it looks better, and wont cause problems with lowering later.
