to invest in lowering and possibly purchasing some alloys.I dont know much about springs, and im sure this is probably raised b4 in the forum but i will mention it anyway.
I have been told i should lower the front of my mk4 35mm and back 40mm. Is this a good size to lower it by i dont even know how would look.
Also along with the springs would i also need to change the shocks. I have read somewhere that i may get away with the standard ones, but will they be significant drawbacks in things such as the ride quality?
Thirdly, i am someone who likes to do something myself. rather than pay others to do, probably just stingy
But how hard is it to change the springs?forthly, the springs, i want some that are as cheap as chips
yet of a decent standard. Now onto alloys. Im looking for 15 - 16in alloys. i know i need 4 stud 1s. But then there is things like offset e.t.c. What is this for a polo mk4/6n and there are also other few bits and bobs. any1 know these? cheers
