..just wanted to know if anyone from here is going?

Me & a few mates are gonna go for some fun.

I'm even entering in the 'run what ya brung' drag races, lol (this will be a laugh in my 50 quid s**t! HAHA

yes I had planned to go but now I've been told i've got to work. My Clubman with stage three 1293 engine is almost done, would have looked forward to a bit of Polo thrashing!!! :wink:

Just bought this, previously had a white Mk3 on black 15s with Mk3 bumpers, wrote that off.

Yes Ste. It's been ready for the last week (got MOT'd on Monday last).

I got the rear seats out , the works. Only left with dashboard, front seats and front door cards pretty much :shock:)

Will you grace york dragway with yoiur prescence this Monday? :D

Juding by the rain i can from outside... it could possibly be a bit of a grim day @ York (weatherwise i mean)

unfortunatly I won't be going Pete the car's decided to play games again :cry: more money to find! ,plus I don't let it out on the road in the rain.Good luck though are you doing the run for fun or to see what the new car can do?

if anyone going tomorrow has a spare coolant tank screw if they wouldn't mind bringing it with them!?!
I've dropped mine in the engine bay and can't find it anywhere!

My best time was about 18.3 HAHA.

Not bad considering my first time @ a dragstrip ;-)

The car has about 105K on the clock & poorly serviced!

What im saying is, its as i bought it for 50 quid (no money spent mecahnically engine wise on it)
