How do i jack my 6n2???

As the title says...

I've bought the alloys n CO's off J4Y, so was just wondering..

How do i jack the polo? Where do i put the jack? Just before the wheel arch under the door bit? (sill i think)?

Has anyone got a diagram, would be useful.

Also, how hard of a job is it to fit, change over to the coilovers?

Has anyone got a guide to this aswell?

or if anyone has done it, kindly do let me know how.

How many bolts are their? If any? How easy are they to access?

How do i take off the original suspension and upgrade?

Kindly do post.

on the standard side skirts u will see a triangle near the front wheel, just stick the jack under there.

Now the hard bit, anyone know how hard/easy it is to fit coilovers myself?

Their AVO's.

If you are using a proper jack, you can jack safely on the sub frame. If you follow the triangle on the sill and go to the the centre of the car and come out a bit, you will find some box section. If you jack on here, you can lift the whole of one side off the ground at once.

This makes changing or even rotating wheels easier. But ensure that you repair any underseal damage, and make sure you use a bit of wood.

If you are not sure you are jacking on the right bit then don't.

Will try and use a piece of wood.

Going to do it one wheel at a time though.

Sounds much safer.

Anyone got any information on how to get the original suspension stuff off, so i can fit my coilovers?

a good tip is to use axle stands if you have any, and make sure its dry when you fit them! as its a pain in the butt, with things dropping off the car into the mud as you fit the coil-overs (speaking from experience

)

I usually recommend a jetwash before doint anything like that.
