Another change of plan :-(

Post by KarlM »

after the problems getting my current kit made, i've decided to switch to this new kit R&A are going to import for me! 8) going to have to wait about six weeks though, but its probably the most extreme kit that will fit straight onto the car.

Apologies in advance for the graphics

PS the wide arches are part of the kit and it retails at £700. made by dietrich so it should be decent quality as well.

I was about to ask you about the arches.

Do the arches alone cost 700 quid?

Nice kit, need some 9 inch wheels to fill out those arches tho!! :D

I had a dietrich back bumper ages ago and it was really good quality and fit, so all should be ok. I also got M3 sideskirts from R&A which were their own brand, which weren't so hot!! but if their dietrich it'll be fine

@Speedlaw - the price is £678+vat for the full kit! just waiting for a pic of the rear before i confirm my order though!

@Col - I know, i've been told R&As in house stuff isn't to clever. But as you said Dietrich is a big well known brand so quality shouldn't be an issue, plus the fit on the kit looks good too.

if you look at the at the rear of the car in the pic, you can see it hasn't got any rear lights - just an empty space where the cluster should be :? :!:

for ur sake mate i hope the kit aint like R&A's usual gear, dont know anyone that aint had problem with their s**t.

example 4 ya-i bought some m3 side skirts from them and got 2 blocks of fibreglass, one of which had broken into 2! they were 'cut and shut@ mk2 golf skirts 'modded' especially for my order!!

they also tried 2 charge me 45quid to return the bloody things-so i cancelled the cheque!!
