mk5 clear rear lights (LED) on mk4

i have got a 1995 mk4 polo, i am trying to wire up mk5 clear rear lights with LED brakelight.

can anyone give me a wiring diagram, or what colour wires go to what...

any help will be appreciated

Just to add, I used ur guide david last week for putting mk5 lights on my mk4, top guide didn't really understand what u were saying but the pictures showed everything I need to know
