few things...

righteo - spurred on by the purchase of some lucky 13 car mats (manchester locals from "Rockers" - we're in punk rock terratory here) I'm gonna go for rock n roll theming of my car.

Image
(complete with skulls, nautical stars)

my gear stick got broke in the gear box fiasco - the foam bits been splitting for ages though - considered a mk4 golf stick - but then the rock theme came to mind being the pierced up freak i am, so we're gonna go for a skull gear stick thing (on order, that folia tec one)

then i figure, remove the vw badge from the back and buy a belt buckle (or use one from my collection) and shove that in instead of the badge. i have a belt buckle of a reith with a nautical star in it thats about the right size, which I can hacksaw off the belt buckle bits from.

but i dont really know how i'm gonna remove the vw badge - i just yanked off the polo and 1.4L badges caveman style and the vw badge looks like a tougher cookie.

then how do i stick the new 'badge' on?

i need to get some dents knocked out my front wings (paint not damaged), i could do with a spot of rust near the window seal on the drivers door fixing up and my dtm mirrors need painting - any clues as to how much this will set me back?

then i'd have to find rims - now i fancy a set of polo gti rims like bastard childs or summin similar. not sure on the budget yet, the girlfriend wants to go on holiday...
anyone know of any iron cross rims? or any rims that are rock n roll/punk?

oh and i want a badgeless grill for the front, so if anyone has one they wanna sell, i might take it off your hands
