just to let you know, theres a bright yellow mk1 polo in my local scrappy. i can get bits off it if anyone is interested.

Ah, that's a shame. What year is it? I take it pretty early as it's yellow and I'm not sure they made the later ones in that colour. Someone should rescue it! :roll: :D

The first car I remember my parents having was a bright yellow mk1 polo, and I think that was a y reg.. certainly wasn't terribly old, anyway.

Was a P plate Polo L. It's bright yellow(it's had a respray at some point)
Bodywise, it wasn't the worst I've seen and certainly didn't deserve to be in the scrappy :(
