the rear looks lower thna the front, is it heavy ICE as well?

In response to the questions:

NickP- They are the original sideskirts that came with the car (16v) also the same as the GTi ones. I think they really stand out now that the car has been dropped.

siilver- It's been taken down 40mm, looks a bit high at the moment as apparently they need time to bed in/settle. Heard this off a few people so hopefully in a couple of weeks it should be sitting even nicer.

They have gone down with some Bilstein sports shocks and some Spax springs.

Yeah the boot is full of some heavy Audiobahn ICE so that's why the rear is sitting a little lower. Hopefully the springs will lower at the front a bit more and then it should even itself out.

yeah, ICE are heavy, but gives u the advantage, cus usually the rear sits too high. :P

ICE can be heavy, but engines are ever so slightly heavier ;)

The front will settle down in no time :)

I've just had a thought, i've got a gti splitter and rear spoiler waiting to be painted, been waiting to get some sideskirts b4 i get it done. Would be interested in knowing where you are getting yours sprayed, and how much its gonna cost :o
